Stainless steel copper core pots & pans require no special handling, unlike cast iron, pure copperware, enameled and nonstick clad cookware.

Each layer of premium metal serves a purpose: 304 stainless steel for safe, easy-clean cooking; a thick copper core for rapid, reliable conductivity; aluminum layer A & B; and 430 magnetic steel for performance on all cooktops.
