Here is the tips:
1) Don’t turn the heat up too high, low is best!
2) Remember to lightly spray the pan with oil.
3) Only fill each cavity with 1/6th cup of batter. 1/8 cup is too little and 1/4th will run over as your batter cooks.
4) The pancake batter will barely look dry on the edges when they’re ready to flip.
5) When you’re ready to flip the pancakes, hold the pan at a 45 degree angle. It helps keep the half finished pancake in the well.
6) They take absolutely no time at all to finish cooking on the second side. Do NOT walk away from them!
When you’re all done, let the pan cool slightly before hand washing with warm soapy water.
