Details: 👍Assembly: 1. Assemble your injector as shown in the diagram. 2. We have included a replacement o-ring in case you lose these parts during cleaning. 👍Operating your Flavor Injector: 1. Place intake tube in marinade, making sure metal end is fully submerged 2. Select desired volume (5, 10, 15ml) by rotating dial to corresponding setting 3. Pull injector 3 or 4 times to fully load the injector. Reservoir will automatically refill each time the trigger is released 4. Place needle in meat and inject by pulling handle. Repeat as many times and in different locations as desired. Caution: This product contains small parts and sharp pointed needles. Please keep out of the reach of children. 👍Cleaning your Flavor Injector: 1. Remove needle assembly by unscrewing red cap. 2. Remove clear chamber by twisting it free from handle. 3. Clean chamber, needle assembly and components by hand with soap and water. Hand dry parts with towel. 4. Reassemble Flavor Injector according to diagram. 5. After assembly, run several cycles of water through the injector to clean any residual marinade left in the intake tube. NOTE: When disassembling your injector for cleaning - be sure to reassemble it as shown in the diagram.
