It's manufactured from heavy duty carbon steel, with an electroplated finish. This means it's oven safe to 220°C (428°F), and resistant to rust and warping. It's a fruit flan dish that's built to last.
Turning out your baked sponge flan cases is simple too. The raised bottom is totally removable. Simply push it up for quick, easy removal. The pan's double Quantum II non stick coating ensures it's a smooth, seamless task, leaving less mess to clean up when you're finished.
